Alan Koike, MD is a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at UC Davis Health. He specializes in health services research with a focus on managed care and is particularly interested in Asian- American health issues. He received his M.D. from Northwestern University School of Medicine, Chicago, Illinois and B.A. from UC Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara, California.

- Dr. Suzanne Stevens, Clinical Assistant Professor, University of Kansas Medical Center
Dr. Suzanne Stevens is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Stevens completed medical school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. She completed an Internship in internal medicine at Washington University, St. Louis, MO, followed by a residency in Neurology and a fellowship in Sleep Medicine at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center, Chicago, IL . She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Stevens specializes in sleep medicine.

Refund Policy: If a request to cancel is received by e-mail (admin@kspsych.org) on or before September 13, a refund will be made minus a $25 processing fee. After September 13, no refunds will be granted.
